Click and Drag the Buildings on the bottom bar and place them in the designated areas.

Functions:

• There are currently 3 Lots of space on the field area, each with a number. This number is the price. You can see your current balance on the top centre of the screen.
• To earn money, you must press the progress button at the bottom centre of the screen. Each building placed down will earn you money.
• The refresh button to the left of the building bar, resets all the locations of the buildings that don't have specific lots.
• The exit game button on the bottom right would quit out of the window, however because this is in the browser, it does not.
• The exit button does however, save the game. Both the progress and the exit buttons save the game.
• A saved game can be loaded with the load button on the top right.
• Finally, for testing purposes. You can click the text where it says coins and cheat yourself some money.

I also just found out that even if you leave the page and come back, you can still load.
